SyllabusMaker was an exercise in patience. I designed the entire application to my liking, without any guidance or review. The initial design was based on a system that ended up being scrapped and the project was put on hold. A year later the project was picked up again and I started over.

Going from black & white with bright colors to a theme dominated by blue was a big change. I felt this was necessary in order to fit SyllabusMaker within a larger brand I designed. I learned that you almost never get it right the first time around, and to review early and often.
